What kind of browser do I need to have?
For the best online banking experience we recommend using the latest version of web browsers and operating systems. Certain features of the site may not function properly with unsupported browser and operating system versions.
What happens if I don't log off of the system?
By default First National Bank's On-Line Banking has a 30 minute time out feature, so if the system is not used for 30 minutes, then the user will be inactive and will have to log in again. Also, logoff the system using the EXIT button or you will be required to wait 10 minutes before you can login again. This is a security feature to make sure your browser session terminates.
What happens if I forget my PIN?
You are allowed 3 login attempts, and on the 3rd attempt, if invalid, you will be locked out of the system. You will be to reset the password yourself if you setup the security questions and answers. If not, you'll need to contact the bank to clear your login or reset your password.
How late in the evening can I make transfers?
The cut-off time for current day transfers is 4:00 p.m.. Any transfers after the cut-off time will be posted on the next business day.
